PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery: 6–9 business days after dispatch.

FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. 
The threshold is displayed at checkout based on 
your location and currency.

TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, we will do our best to provide 
you with a tracking number by email. Please note that 
tracking availability depends on the shipping carrier and 
your region — in some cases a tracking number may not be 
available. If you have not received tracking information, 
your order is still on its way. Contact us if your order 
has not arrived within the estimated delivery window.

DELAYS
